Each floor type requires different chemistry, equipment, and maintenance cycles. Using the wrong approach accelerates wear, voids warranties, and creates replacement costs far exceeding the cost of correct care from the start.

  • VCT is the most common commercial hard floor — and the most frequently damaged by incorrect stripping. The finish protects the tile itself. Strip it incorrectly, skip pH neutralisation, or under-coat the reapplication, and you’re accelerating the tile’s lifecycle toward replacement.
